- 135g margarine
- 200g selfraising flour
- pinch of salt
- 175g rolled oats
- 30g caster sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- milk if necessary.
- 50g Sunflower Seeds
- 30g sesame seeds
- 70g chopped peanuts
- 150g Mixed nuts
- 70g dried cranberried
- 100g Raisens
- 1 tblspoon honey
- 1 tbl spoon mapel syrup
Preheat Oven : 180C ??
Baking time 12 - 15min
- Cut marge into pieces
- Rub into flour and salt with finger tips
- Stir in oats (and other igredients not the egg) and sugar
- Add egg and mix to stiff dough. (adding about 1 teaspoon of milk if necessary)
- Bake in moderate oven for 12 - 15 minutes or until golden brown
- Put on baking tray to cool.
