- 240g fine oatmeal
- 45g flour
- 30 to 60g sugar (according to how sweet u want it)
- 1/2tsp b/powder
- 1/2 “ cream of tartar
- 100g butter.
- 2 Tsp milk
Preheat Oven : 180C
Baking time: 20min
- Mix together dry ingredients, fine oatmeal, flour, sugar, baking poweder and cream of tartar.
- Once consistent rub in butter and mix in milk until a stiff dough.
- Roll out on a board with oatmeal
- Cut into large biscuits.
Recommend server with marmalade or honey.
