boil syrup :
- 4 cups sugar
- 1 1/4 cups hot water
Gelatine :
- 16 teasp. Gelatine.
- 1 1/4 cups cold water
When syrup is ready pour into gelatine and cold water.
Beat till thick add :
- 1/4 teasp cream of tartar.
- 1 teasp. Cornflour.
- Pinch of salt.
- 2 teasp vanilla essence.
- Pour into greased pan then place in fridge.
- Cut up
- Can roll in roasted coconut
